This is a lovely miniature (c.1910) antique double-folding penknife or quill cutter.
Genuine mother of pearl scales.
Stamped 'C.I and Co.' and a lion mark.
It is free from inscriptions or monograms.
The hinges are firm, the blades have a strong snap to them. No wobbles.
