Miniature Czech Powder Compact Art Deco 1930s

On offer is this miniature Czech Art Deco powder compact which dates circa 1930 and measures a petite 4.3cm by 3cm. This compact is made of brass metal with deeply engraved design. The lid is further decorated with a bunch of grapes in silver tone metal with engraved brass metal leaves and accented with green, red and amethyst glass jewels. The hinged lid opens to reveal a clear and reflective glass mirror under the lid with rope twist border. The open powder well in the base is empty of powder and retains an unused lambswool puff with green silk ribbon. Offered in good condition with no dents or dings and no metal tarnish. The hinge of the lid is a little wobbly but still holds correctly. Thank you for looking.
