Description
A stunning large Moorcroft bulbous shape vase in the Orchid pattern on a blue ground, dating from c.1930. It is signed and initialled to the base by William Moorcroft and impressed with ‘Potter to HM The Queen’.
This is an absolutely beautiful piece of Moorcroft pottery, decorated with orchid blooms and foliage in vibrant colours over a rich blue background.
