My wife and I have been in the Antiques trade for over 28 years initially in Scotland and for the past few years the Cotswolds. We began trading at fairs as far afield as Edingburgh, Swinderby, Kempton, Ardingly and Detling to name but a few.
For many years from its inception in 1998 until 2018 successfully trading at The Scottish Antique Centre Doune ,selling a broad range of stock with a particular passion for Arts and Crafts furniture and metalware.
Over the years whilst travelling hundreds of thousands of miles in the UK we have gained great experience and a thorough knowledge of the antiques trade.

Description
A charming needlework sampler created by Ann Newell Pike at the age of nine, dating to approximately 1827 just before the William IV period. The sampler features floral and foliage designs, along with an alphabet and numbers. It is made from cotton needlework and represents early 19th Century British craftsmanship in needlework and sewing.
Presented in good undamaged antique condition with minor age related fade and browning and set inside a later wood and glass frame.
