Oak Leaner Mirror Pier Table Mirror

P0189 Large antique French country oak leaner mirror / wall mirror, having original glass with some silvering and imperfections in moulded and finely carved frame, depicting deeply lobed acanthus leaves. This motif originates in ancient Greece and Rome and is in widely used in antique frames. This antique mirror is carved in solid oak and is showing years of worn out paint which adds to its fabulous antique character. The the mirror has four wall fixing brackets, all in home ready condition. The mirror is solid and sturdy, woodworm free, no loses or missing elements. c1860
