This is a large art deco geometric mirror, oval in shape with peach inserts.
The mirror consist of five individual pieces, a large centre plate and two outer pieces on each side of the centre plate. The centre plate has a deep scalloped edge along its top edge and lower edge in addition it has a top cut linear design.
Of the four outer pieces the two inner pieces are peach inserts, rectangular in shape with deep scallop at both ends. The two outer mirrored pieces make up the oval ends. They have a top cut crosscut design and the scalloped edge, the scalloped edges on all five pieces align around the whole of the mirror.
This mirror is in a lovely condition, there are no chips or deep scratches and the reflectivity is very good. There is a tiny nibble which is underneath one of the clips and cannot be seen.
The five mirrored pieces are mounted on a wooden backboard and attached with traditional metal clips, the original fixtures and fittings are on the rear also.
