Great proportion and accentuated with charming figural artwork displaying a desirable aged patina, some minor loss to rim. Ceramic presented in baluster urn form with ornate decor. Bright colour palette of reds, yellow and blues add eye-catching interest. Figural pattern to the bulb form, one holding a traditional Biwa - a short bodied lute. Striking gilt dragons adorn the neck of each vase, with a bold, relief form. Fine pattern detail adds further distinction to the rim, neck and circular foot.
