Pair of Regency Burr Elm Pedestals c.1820

A fine pair of 19th Century Regency antique pedestals in burr elm. Extremely hard to find. Each has a drawer to the top and a cupboard underneath. Wonderful veneers have been used and line inlaid detail sitting on paw feet, sarcophagus in shape after the Egyptian discoveries. They are classic Regency design and quality. They have a beautiful rich, warm colour and patina and we have restored them to an extremely high standard.
