The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Temeraire model and was manufactured by the Geneva Watch Case Company. The case is nicely decorated on the sides and on the hinged case back. Some scratching to the back and slight unevenness.
The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is signed Chronometre Utilia, a brand name registered by Karl Antmann of Biel, Switzerland. The company was active from 1923 until the mid 1960s, registering several brand names. The dial is in its original finish, with a harlequin pattern, with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute track. The finish has darkened with age.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
All prices include UK postage (excluding Northern Ireland).
