The watch has a 7 jewel stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 15,262,621 which dates it back to 1906. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks for Birmingham 1907 with a case maker’s mark for Aaron Dennison, manufacturer of cases for Waltham UK. The case is in good condition, just one small “ding” to the side and general rubbing to the engine turned detail to the back of the watch, just from sitting in a pocket.
The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is in good condition, just one faint hairline between 11 and 12 but you have to look quite carefully to see it. Blued steel hands.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
All prices include UK postage (excluding Northern Ireland).

All of our watches are checked over before listing and are also checked for accuracy which is usually within around +/- two to three minutes over 24 hours (unless otherwise stated), which is considered respectable for a vintage watch.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
