Pocket Watch Chain 10ct Rose Gold Filled Victorian American 1890s Albert

Victorian Gentleman's absolutely magnificent 10ct (professionally tested) rose gold filled (has a lovely rich pink 'blush' and is known in the U.K as rolled gold), traditional chunky curb link Antique American (The D.F.B Co) pocket watch chain / Albert with original big swivel T bar and original signed, leather lined large swivel dog clip. C~1890's. (Pocket watch shown is for display purposes only and NOT included). Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 28.5cm / 11 1/4" total length and weighs a heavy 30.3 grams. Bright crisp very chunky traditional curb links (measure 7mm width) which have an attractive engine turned decoration (same to both sides) - all have a lovely 'fluid' feel to them, reflecting the light beautifully. Original large swivel T bar to one end (measures 4.4cm length) and big secure original swivel leather lined dog clip (made to prevent rubbing against the bow of a pocket watch) to the other end (operates correctly) which is clearly signed; THE D.F.B Co. (D.F. Briggs, Attleboro, U.S.A. Est; 1892). Also has a short length of engine turned curb link chain just below the T bar with original oval link to end - so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Excellent bright clean condition with just a tiny (absolutely micro) bit of extremely light overall wear / patina / fine surface scratches (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
