Pocket Watch Chain Coin Fob American Quarter Dollar 1980 Silver Plated & Enamel

Gentleman's original vintage chunky silver plated and multi coloured enamel lucky American Quarter Dollar pocket watch chain coin fob. (Please excuse all the reflection in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 4.7cm height (including the top ring), 2.7cm width, 8mm depth and weighs a heavy 13.8 grams. Fabulous silver plated mount which is beautifully adorned to the front with red, green, black, white and Royal blue enamel and Royal blue enamel to the back. Holding to centre (securely encapsulated behind the two slightly domed celluloid lenses) is an original American Quarter Dollar coin fob depicting President George Washington. Stamped to the top in arched script; LIBERTY and stamped in to left hand side; IN GOD WE TRUST. Clearly dated to base; 1980. The back carries the large American left facing eagle and is clearly stamped in arched script to top; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA EPLURIBUS UNUM (Latin - 'Out Of Many') and stamped to base; QUARTER DOLLAR. Hinge to base is true and firm and the fob can be opened if desired by removing the top ring. Big robust steel top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Superb clean, bright and crisp condition with amazingly no wear or damage and just a few overall light and fine little surface scratches / tiny bit of patina (all showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
