Pocket Watch Chain Fob 10ct Gold Filled Large Victorian Bloodstone Fob

Victorian Gentleman's large and highly impressive 10ct gold filled (professionally tested and known in the UK as rolled gold) fancy bloodstone and carnelian chunky fob for a pocket watch chain. C~1890's. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was very difficult to photograph). Measures; 3.3cm height (including the top ring), 2.4cm width and weighs a very respectable 7.9 grams. Extremely ornate Victorian large and chunky fancy fob with an attractive scrollwork decoration. Securely held to centre is a highly polished, bevel edge Cardinal red natural carnelian stone to one side and a dark green, bevel edge natural bloodstone (splattered with red inclusions) to the opposite side. Each stone measures 1.7cm diameter. Original top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with no wear or damage and just a tiny (micro) bit of overall patina (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
