Pocket Watch Chain Fob 1830s Victorian 'TRUTH' Pen & Quill Black Glass Seal

Victorian Gentleman's highly unusual brass pocket watch chain seal fob which is inscribed 'TRUTH' to base. C ~1830's. (Please excuse the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - they were very difficult to photograph). Measure; 2.6cm height (including the top ring), 1.5cm width and weighs a respectable 3.8 grams. Wonderful highly ornate love heart scrolled mount holding securely to base an oblong shaped, black glass seal (measures 1.4cm x 1.2cm) which is beautifully inscribed (reversed) in arch script; TRUTH and has a Gentleman's arm holding a feathered quill below. Original secure top ring. Excellent clean and bright condition with just a little bit of overall wear / patina and a few scratches / tiny 'flea nibbles' to the glass all commensurate with age.
