Gentleman's large silver tone pocket watch chain Antique fob made to commemorate the Coronation of King George V and Queen Mary.
Dated~1911.
Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios.

Measures; 3.8cm height (including the top ring), 3.3cm diameter and weighs a very respectable 9.6 grams.
Very ornate circular shaped bevel edge silver tone (aluminium) 'coin' fob which is beautifully adorned to the front with the images of King George V and Queen Mary and is clearly stamped around the circumference in slightly raised script; KING GEORGE .V. QUEEN MARY and carries a registration number; RD 5171877.
The back has in great detail the Royal Crown to centre with a little winged dove perched to the top and the Royal Sceptre to base all set upon a fabulous starburst decoration.
Clearly stamped around the circumference (again in slightly raised script upon an engine turned textured background); IN COMMEMORATION OF THE CORONATION JUNE 22ND 1911.
Carries the makers initials to base in very tiny script; V B.
Robust secure solid silver top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain.
Excellent clean and bright condition with just a little bit of light overall wear / patina / tiny surface scratches - all commensurate with age.
Will arrive in a new velvet presentation pouch and be securely and safely packed.
