This is just just gorgeous! So much nicer in real life! 🤩 A beautifully and very old pine chest of four drawers. Dating from the mid 19th century and continental in origin. Sympathetically restored and now hand waxed with a fabulous colour. Some small areas of dark red paint residue in the grain just add another level of character. Lovely detailing 🩷 Wherever you put it, it's going to look stunning! You won't find another! Plenty of rustic character with minor battle scars, a helping of old worm (long dead/ destroyed during stripping) but structurally sound etc. etc. As with everything we sell, restored ready for immediate use with good running drawers and a ready to go feel to the whole piece.
