Rare Antique Silver Pen Wipe

A rare solid sterling silver pen wipe, fashioned as a pig on a dark green shamrock base. The cast pig is hallmarked for Chester 1909 with the maker's mark of Sampson Mordan & Co. The stalk of the shamrock is also hallmarked. The shamrock has six layers of felt and whilst there are a few ink marks on the top layer and small tear on one side, it is in a lovely condition.
