A rare small pendant compass in hallmarked silver gilt. This lovely example features a lucky horseshoe to the engraved frame and an attaching ring for a fob chain or chatelaine. The compass can be viewed from both sides and can be removed from the frame if desired. Suitable as a pendant, this is a charming piece with a practical use.
