Rare Set of Six Regency Red Georgian Wine Glasses c.1820

An extremely rare set of six Regency Red wine glasses dating to c1820. They have conical bowls above angular knop stems and conical feet with snapped pontil. Regency red is by far the rarest of all the rich colours produced at the start of the 19th century. Single examples can be difficult to find, a set of six is almost unheard off and the first set we have had in over 10 years. We are confident you won’t find another set on any other web site.
