Set of 3 Turn of the Century Decorative Pub Mirrors

Rare matching set of 3 acid-etched and bevelled Victorian pub mirrors which came from an old Brighton pub. With etched themes of diving Swallows and other Birds - and with foliage, the set of 3 mirrors are rare examples of classic English Pub decoration from the end of the 19th or early 20th century.. The larger mirror measures 30 inches x 30" (76cm x 76cm) - and the smaller pair - which are essentially 'decorative glass panels' as they are only reflective along the bevelling - the etched central scenes having obscured silvering - each measure 19.5" x 25.5 inches (50cm x 65cm) The mirrors were originally set into panelling but have now been individually framed in painted wooden frames with sturdy backing.
