This is a large 1767 silver Ducaton (a European crown size coin) which has been fashioned into to a spoon - perhaps a tourist piece.
The stem of the spoon appears largely unmarked save for what looks like a partial stamp.
The handle of the spoon is ornate with a very detailed cherub / Hercules holding up the shield - one might say this is a rather 'cheeky' spoon from the other side.
A well made curiosity - whilst the cook is period - the stem of the spoon will inevitably be later.
declaration
Hughes-Browne has clarified that the Silver 1767 Ducaton Coin Spoon (LA535979) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1767
