Small Regency Rosewood Writing Table

This is a small early 19th Century English Regency antique rosewood writing table. Standing on shaped feet with tapered supports, united by stretchers and above a single frieze drawer with slide under. The top has a rising top with original leather inset writing surface and cross banded edge. To either side are satinwood banded flaps that open to reveal compartments for writing implements. The table retains its original turned wooden knobs, working lock and a very good colour and waxed patina and is in very good condition.
