Description
Staffordshire Figure of Boy with Fruit Basket which is a classically inspired Staffordshire figure of a boy holding a basket of fruit and wearing a loincloth. He stands on a shaped base which has pink lustre highlights. Modelled in the round and entirely hand painted in overglaze enamels. Made in the late 19th Century by Kent, Staffordshire.

condition
The figure is in excellent condition with no chips or restoration. There is a small firing crack under the boy's right arm, present since manufacture. Please inspect the photographs closely to assess the condition and quality of this attractive figure.
