Stunning Bi-colour Enamel & Silver Small Trinket Box

A stunning silver and enamel small trinket box, dating to the Edwardian period. The slender, elongated oval shaped silver body is stylish and tactile. The lid is hinged and finished with gorgeous white guilloche enamel featuring floral and foliate motifs, bordered with contrasting bright blue bands. To the centre is a silver oval cartouche, which is free from engraving. With the lid open, the gilded interior is revealed along with a blue velvet lining to the inside of the lid.
