Stunning Mother of Pearl Hand Fan with Painted Paper Mount - Georgian Garden Scene

This is a beautiful fan. The sticks are mother of pearl with painted detail and what looks like remains of gilding. The mount is painted with a Georgian garden scene and on the reverse a lake landscape. Very possibly Continental and 19th Century and has tiny diamante stones on the rivet. One of the guard sticks has an old damage which has been repaired and feels study but is quite noticeable. I think there has been an attempt to overpaint some of the decoration on the sticks with gold paint but was thankfully abandoned.
