Description
A very pretty early 19th century porcelain dessert plate by Minton, with irregular shaped rim with relief moulded detail. A lovely fresh apple green enamel ground to the edge, reserving the centre, with a delicate gilt border, forming anemone flowers, stylised acanthus leaves, trailing floral garlands and a myriad of scrolls and graduated dotted curls. The centre is superbly painted a large spray of Spring flowers in bright pastel enamels. Finished with a gilt rim. Marked to the reverse with pattern number 1732 in gilt, c.1825-1830.
