Superb and rare 18th-century George III period chest-on-chest in mahogany.
A very beautiful piece of furniture, known as a tallboy or chest-on-chest (commode on commode), in mahogany.
Superb quality mahogany with a beautiful flame.
The piece is composed of six large and two small drawers.
Lighter wood decorations and inlays can be seen on its sides (see pictures).
The drawer interiors are oak, a sign of quality.
Very beautiful original handles.
In superb condition. Magnificent patina.
