Corners rubbed, and spine is worn on top and bottom. Page 15 is loose and spine has separated. Some foxing and yellowing of the pages and there is a stain on front cover. There is an inscription inside dated Xmas 1910 to "Tom Bland from Aunt Ivy and Uncle Teddy"
