Front cover is loose. Spine is discoloured, fading, missing flakes of paper. Basically a poor reading/reference copy. Hence price. There doesn't appear to be an index page. So please note this before buying. One is not sure on this aspect. These magazines provide information on art of that period, amongst other topics.
