This is a fantastic period piece, tri coloured portrait deco mirror that consists of 14 individual pieces, eight silver pieces which make up the centre plate and six coloured pieces, three other side, green and peach.
The centre plate sections have a good bevelled edge all round, the top two have rounded to top edge with a deep scalloped edge.
The coloured sections, three either side I made up of two pieces of peach mirrored glass and one of green mirrored glass. These are stepped lengths which is a design synonymous with the deco period, and are decorated with the traditional bubble design along with the rare star design.
The mirror is in good condition with no chips nibbles or deep scratches and the reflectivity is good. There is some minor age related marks (see pics) these however do not detract from the overall beauty of this magnificent mirror.
All 14 mirrored pieces are mounted on a wooden backboard and are attached with a combination of traditional metal clips and chrome screws with tudor rose washers.
