The top displays a striking radial composition centred with birds amidst foliage, surrounded by shaped panels depicting musical trophies, florals, and scrolling acanthus, all set against contrasting ebonised grounds and framed by a bold ebonised moulded edge. The table is supported on an impressive and highly decorative carved triform base, featuring a substantial central column issuing three boldly scrolled legs. Each leg is richly carved with flowing acanthus leaves, scrollwork, and gadrooned detail, terminating in elegant scrolling feet fitted with original castors.
