Victorian Rosewood Barometer

This beautiful barometer features a damp/dry thermometer and spirit level. The large dial is silverized and has an engraved decoration. Outlined in black are the "much rain, rain, change, fair, set fair and very dry" forecasts as are the barometric numerals. This makes a striking contrast to the silverized dial. The case itself is in rosewood enhanced with mother of pearl decorations at the curlicue. All in lovely condition and in working order.
