Description
This hand blown and cut glass was used to hold sweets and delicacies, especially on social occasions. It has a goblet bowl of generous capacity which is circled with a ring of thumbnail cutting. It sits above a large teardrop hollow inverted baluster stem and a wide foot which has been blown into a mould.

condition
The glass is in very good condition with just a little scuff to the side of the foot (see red photo). The glass has the usual variations within it as is commensurate with the production methods of the period. Please inspect the photographs closely to assess the condition and quality of this lovely piece.
