Description
This is a good late 19th Century (c.1880) Victorian antique walnut jewellery box, the front and top inlaid with wide and colourful geometric bands, the top with a vacant brass cartouche surrouded by further inlays, the front with matching keyhole escutcheon.
The box has been re-lined in a stylish black cotton grosgrain fabric with complimentary stone grey plush velvet.
It has a working lock & tassled key.
