Description
Good quality Victorian walnut jewellery or trinket box, the top and front banded with geometric parquetry line, the top with further central inlaid cartouche.
The box opens to reveal the original paper lined interior. It has been cleaned & French polished and is in excellent condition. (The bottom 2mm of inlay on the front sits back around 1/2mm where the base has shrunk slightly but can only be seen on close inspection).
With working lock & tasselled key.
