Victorian Walnut Jewellery Box

This is a superb example of a Victorian antique walnut jewellery box that features a cross banded border to the top, a mother of pearl key escutcheon and a working lock and tasselled key. Open the box to reveal the original tray, a section to the back of the inside lid with the red quilted interior. We have relined the tray and the base of the box with handcrafted marble paper.
