Vincenzo Maria Zito - A 1930s Original Cartoon Caricature - Dog Series

A lovely original pen & ink cartoon caricature drawing on paper with watercolour finish by the well regarded cartoonist Vincenzo Zito, probably dating from c.1930s. The comical cartoon depicts a wealthy lady with her small dog in the back of a chauffeur driven limo saying to the driver "Stop at the next tree". It is glazed, mounted and set in a later gilt frame. In all a really lovely stylish original pen, ink and watercolour cartoon by a top artist!!! It measures 17 12" x 15" in the frame, visible image 11"x 9". It is signed to the bottom right corner "Zito". It is in good overall condition, it could do with the glass being cleaned on the inside, but no foxing or damage.
