Fully assay marked London UK. Dates to middle part of the 20th Century c1970s. In excellent condition ready to wear. Main Stones: Round cut natural blue sapphires x 6 with a central natural round cut diamond. Width across setting is 10.5 mm. Depth of setting is 7.3mm. Width at rear is 2.4 mm. UK Size is N. US size is 6.75. It is only my opinion but I feel antique items that are polished too much lose some of the character.
