Fully hallmarked in London UK. Dates to middle of the 20th Century (c1960s - 1962 date letter) The style is a thick patterned band that has been set with a galleried tourmaline. Gemstone: High quality oval cut green tourmaline in an 8 claw platinum mount. This ring just oozes style and quality. Condition is very good, especially considering its age. Width of band is 6.6 mm. Thickness of band is 1.2mm. Stone sits 5.8 mm proud. UK Size is O leading edge. US size is 7.25. It is only my opinion but I feel antique items that are polished too much lose some of the character.
