Vintage Doll Head Mould - Large French Copper Master Suzie Bella Perpignon

This large size doll head mould which dates from the mid 20th century is made of heavy copper and came from Bella Doll factory in Perpignan, France. This vintage factory mould is inscribed to the front with Master and Suzy and also marked with Bella so was the master mould for making the head of the Suzie doll for maker Bella. Bella dolls produced in Perpignan, France (often referred to as Poupees Bella) are highly collectible vintage dolls known for their quality and variety. These moulds come in various sizes and this one is the largest we have seen. An unusual item that has a great decorative look so would make an unusual item for a shop window display or is an interesting talking piece for display in the home.
