Description
This vintage circa 1940 Italian made continental silver lipstick holder measures 5.5 cm in length and is marked on the inside 800 for the silver standard. The case has wonderful bright cut foliate and scroll work decoration all over the body in a rococo style. The catch is fitted with a jade glass cabochon and slides open to reveal a clean interior with clear and reflective mirror under the spring hinged lid. Offered in good condition with no flaws noted.
