Vintage Kamra Powder Compact Vanity Case with Lipstick & Manicure Set

On offer is this vintage circa 1940 "Kamra" or camera case vanity case with lipstick and manicure set. The case measures approx. 9.5cm by 5.5cm. The case has a camera style body made of polished gold tone metal with black enamel surfaces and intricate gold tone scroll work design to the lid. The lid to the powder compact has a spring hinged opening which opens by pressing on the shutter button at the top of the case. Under the lid is a framed mirror and the powder well has the original sifter. At the top of the case is an empty lipstick holder. To the reverse of the case is the hinged door to access the rear compartment which contains a 5 piece manicure set. The implements include nail scissors, cuticle tool, nail file etc and are all made of steel with cream celluloid handles. This vintage vanity case is offered in very good condition with no dents to case, no tarnish to the shiny gold tone metal and no wear or losses to the enamel surfaces. The internal mirror is clear and reflective and the manicure set is also free of damage.
