Description
On offer is this collectable vintage figural Kigu "Bon Voyage" powder compact dating circa 1950. This compact is from the Suitcase Series and the case is in the form of a suitcase made of gold tone metal, etched to resemble leather and with polished corner guards, straps and central blank rectangular cartouche,
Press down gently on the handle to open the lid. The powder well in the base has the original clean sifter and Kigu marked puff and appears unused. The framed glass mirror under the lid is clear and reflective. The compact measures 7 cm by 8.5 cm.
Offered in good condition with some very light age marks but no dents or dings, no metal tarnish and no wear.
