Vintage Stratton Wedgwood Putti Cherub Convertible Powder Compact c.1960

Offered for sale is this vintage Stratton convertible powder compact dating circa 1960. The compact measures 7.5cm in diameter and is made of gold tone metal with Joshia Wedgewood jasperware blue lid depicting a standing winged cherub holding a dove. The compact has firm hinge and secure catch and opens to reveal a circular framed, clear and reflective glass mirror under the lid. The powder well in the base has some of the original pressed powder make-up contents and a used puff. The case is signed on the base with the Stratton name. This charming vintage powder compact is offered in good condition with no dents or dings to the case. The gold tone metal has no wear and the interior is clean. Thank you for looking.
