It is stamped on the back that it was made by Wedgwood for the Transylvania Club of Sandersville, Georgia Usa. It features historically significant scenes such as the move from the Old Capitol Building in rural Milledgeville in 1867 to the temporary Capital in the rapidly growing industrialized Atlanta which would become permanent in 1877.
