World War 1 General Service Corps Cap Badge Royal Arms King’s Crown

Original WW1 British Army General Service Corps cap badge, featuring the Royal Arms with the King’s Crown, crowned shield, lion and unicorn supporters and heraldic mottoes. This is the desirable lug-fitted version, retaining its two original rear lugs/fastenings. The General Service/General List Royal Arms badge was used during the First World War, with the General List established in 1914. A comparable 1918 example is held in the National Army Museum collection.
