Returning to the Antiques business after an absence of sunning myself in Spain for 20 years, where I ran my own business - growing and selling palm trees! Now, returned to England and settled in my house in Chichester, the restlessness of my youth has returned and I feel the need to dabble once more in the world of Antiques. I apologise in advance if my prices are as I remember them 20 years ago. I am sure you will bear with me and let me know if I am selling too cheaply!... See more

Rogers-Forghani was started by Victoria Rogers-Forghani, whose background includes developing African contemporary art galleries, working with dealers on the Lillie road and eventually taking over the reins of one of the most important Tribal Art fairs globally - Tribal Art London.
This variety of experience is clear in the pieces selected for Rogers-Forghani. Drawn to unique shapes and aged patinas each piece has been chosen for its individuality. With over 20 years of experience in design, contemporary art and antiques, Rogers-Forghani mixes eclectic mid-century pieces, tribal art, English country home furniture and whimsical accessories to create a very ‘liveable’ collection of objects and furniture.
At Rogers-Forghani, we provide a broad assortment of ever-changing inventory. We work with designers as well as individuals and with our wide network of contacts we happily source items on request. Rupert Bond Fine Arts was established in 1983 at the time when the founder, Ian McNeice commenced his studies reading a four year History of Art degree. Growing up in Bath has had a strong influence on our founder and Georgian style is at the centre of everything we love about Country House art. With his knowledge from formal study of art history plus the influence of Georgian architecture and interiors, Ian decided to focus the business on fine period art works. Since those halcyon days, Rupert Bond Fine Arts has established itself as a distinguished fine art English dealership specialising in 18th Century portraiture and 19th Century seascapes, landscapes and water colours.
Over the years Rupert Bond Fine Art has built up a super, discerning and loyal client base and we have proudly sourced fine pieces for Buckingham Palace, European royalty and a wide range of discerning clientele from all walks of life. Today we are based on the edge of the Lake District and travel the UK regularly for fine art sales, auctions and fairs.
Whilst we frequently add fine oil paintings to our inventory, period watercolours represent a superb way into art collecting as well as discerning interior decoration and we believe currently represent an excellent route into the field of art acquisition.
We do not have an expensive shop or gallery to maintain which is why we can keep our art prices as reasonable as possible although transportation and packaging costs continue to represent challenges for larger and heavier works.
After a recent inventory refresh we are now stocking new works to excite and delight our art buyers. Our fine art clients come from every walk of life, whilst appreciating high quality art work at an affordable price point. Our art works are not prints or copies, but original works by known artists that provide not only decorative statements in any home or office, but also allow close-up study of expert artistic talent for those who collect fine art.
Ian and the Rupert Bond team regularly add superb works of art to the inventory from a wide range of sources including a wealth of auction houses, collectors and dealers. At Rupert Bond our ethos is to enable anyone to own a fine piece of historical art. Therefore we offer works across a range of price points.... See more
