A hand Painted Miniature Portrait of a young Georgian Lady dating to the first quarter of the 19th Century, late Regency. Shown with her hair in tight ringlets fashioned on the top and sides of her head, wearing a high white lace collar, with a single strand of pearls around her neck.
The size of the miniature is 70mm high x 62mm wide, the frame size is shown below.

the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1820
condition
The miniature has survived well with no damage to the base, some slight fading to the face and some losses to the gilt frame, none of which are that obvious. The miniature is very slightly short on the width again not at all obvious. A good early Miniature in a period Frame.
