19th Century Nailsea Glass Gimmel Flask c.1850

19th century Nailsea Gimmel flask which has two ovoid shape flasks, back to back with spouts facing in opposite directions. The spouts have blue applied rims, the flasks with white pulled decoration, each one having rigaree decoration down the sides. Date & Origin:- England, c1850 Period of Victoria Historical Context:- Hand-blown around the time Nathaniel Hawthorne's The Scarlet Letter was published on the 16th of March 1850.
