Collander Goldsmith is a British 19th Century listed artist who has exhibited regularly. Large example of good scale and rich colour in decorative plaster moulded swept frame. 139 Years Old & All Original A wonderful large 19th Century oil painting on canvas of a race horse in a stable setting by talented equine artist Collander Goldsmith and dated 1881. A typical example of his work in its original frame which is a bonus. Collander Goldsmith's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from £342 for small watercolours to up to £2,000 for larger oil paintings depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 1998 the record price for this artist at auction was £2,000 with commission for An Arabian, sold at Leland Little Auction & Estate Sales in 2011.
